Alexandre Vasseur

Beginnings and Training

I started my apprenticeship at the age of 16, in 2001, with a craftsman. Over three years, I learned the basics of plumbing and heating, which allowed me to obtain:

• a CAP Installateur Sanitaire
• a CAP Installateur Thermique

In 2004, while searching for a job, I joined SOGILEC in 2005 on a permanent contract as an air conditioning installer (refrigeration technician). During this period (2005-2008), I honed my skills alongside former professionals from UFA, a well-known company in the field.

Skill Development

From 2009 to 2013, I progressed to a team leader role in plumbing, heating, and air conditioning in the tertiary sector, at INEO SUEZ, which had acquired SOGILEC. This period allowed me to work with industrial clients and refine my expertise. At the same time, I completed a 4-month welding course at the Institut de Soudure in Ambarès, where I earned 4 TIG welding licenses (steel and stainless steel) as well as an arc welding license.

Diverse Experiences

In 2013, I joined the maintenance team at IDEX, where I worked for two years on various plumbing, heating, and air conditioning projects. This experience introduced me to Mr. Nicolas Deguitre, who is now my business partner.

I continued to evolve at IDEX until 2018, obtaining several professional certifications, including:

• QUALIGAZ
• Electricity certification
• Refrigerant handling certification

New Responsibilities

In 2018, I joined BOBION & JOANIN as a team leader. I was quickly promoted to ETAM site manager, overseeing up to 25 people and managing large-scale projects totaling up to 33,000 hours of work on a single site.

Creation of DV ENERGIES

In 2023, with nearly 40 years of combined experience with Nicolas Deguitre, we founded DV ENERGIES (Deguitre/Vasseur Energies). Our goal is to bring our expertise to both individuals and the tertiary sector, offering subcontracting services to well-known companies.
